Job Description / Responsibilities of a Receptionist 

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and managing inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

 

 

 

 

Education

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1+ years of relevant work experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Familiarity with specific software or systems used in the organization may be required.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
