Job Description
- As a Data Analyst at Lily Hospitals, you will be at the forefront of turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable recommendations.

Your Responsibilities
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.
- Conducting statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitoring data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of data processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Data Analyst.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate for this role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms is an advantage.
