1. Medical Sales Representative

Qualification required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Prospecting:
- Identify and prospect for sales opportunities within community pharmacies in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at community pharmacies.
- Conduct regular visits to pharmacies to understand their needs and promote company products.
Sales Negotiation:
- Negotiate quantity sales and pricing agreements with community pharmacies.
- Present product features and benefits to potential customers to drive interest and sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to close sales effectively.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales volume and value targets.
- Track and report on sales performance against targets.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals consistently.
Collections and Receivables Management:
- Ensure timely collection of payments from community pharmacies.
- Monitor accounts receivable and take proactive steps to minimize outstanding balances.
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve any payment issues.
Market Intelligence:
- Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams based on market intelligence.
- Stay updated on industry developments and new product offerings.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.

2. Data Analyst

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities
1. Financial Data Analysis:
- Analyze company financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.
2. Partner Transaction Data Analysis:
- Analyze monthly transaction data with partner HMOs and pharmacies.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve discrepancies and enhance data quality.
3. Monthly Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly data reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Summarize key findings and present them in a clear, concise manner.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights.
4. Internal Data Analysis:
- Analyze internal company data to identify patterns and trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to support business processes and decision-making.

Qualification required:
- B.Pharm. Recent graduate with a degree in Pharmacy.
- Eligible for a one-year internship program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A basic understanding of online and digital marketing is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Dispensing and Patient Counseling:
- Learn and assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of qualified pharmacists.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions both online and offline.
- Ensure accurate prescription processing and medication labeling.
Online Customer Service:
- Provide online customer service by assisting patients with their inquiries and medication needs.
- Work with qualified pharmacists to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Engage with customers virtually through various online platforms.
Online and Digital Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with online and digital marketing teams to promote pharmacy services and products.
