Job Description
The Lead Houseparent will be responsible for the overall management of the boys’ boarding house of the College. He will be expected to live in the boarding house and work with other Houseparents and House Matron to provide pastoral care and well-being of all boys in the boarding house.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing boys’ boarding houses in a British/Nigerian Curriculum school.
- The candidate MUST be a Second-Class Upper degree holder in any Social Science or Education course who is also strong in interpersonal relationships and a good communicator. A Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
