Job Summary
The HR Generalist is primarily responsible for building our high-performing teams by attracting and recruiting exceptional individuals who will drive our firm’s success. As part of the HR function, the HR Generalist will play a crucial role in improving employee experience as it relates to all aspects of employee relations and compliance, performance management, learning and development, and employee wellbeing.
Requirements- HR Generalist
- 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- 5+ years of HR Officer/ generalist experience.
- Professional HR certification is required.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal building skills and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems is an added advantage.
