Responsibilities
- Support HR consulting projects for clients, including HR audits, talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on HR best practices, policies, and procedures to support their business objectives.
- Conduct assessments and analysis of HR processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Facilitate training and development programs for client organizations, including leadership development, performance management, and employee relations training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative HR solutions and thought leadership content to address client needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their HR initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering strategic HR solutions to clients.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with experience across multiple HR functional areas.
- Excellent consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Certification in HRis a plus.
Salary
N199,000 monthly.
