Job Description

  • Customer Relationship Management:

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all post-sales interactions

  • Customer Onboarding:

– Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our solutions. Provide training and guidance to help customers maximize the value of our data analytics and AI products

  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution:

– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively. Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Revenue Generation, Upselling, and Cross-Selling:

– Proactively identify opportunities to
expand our services and product offerings within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions to meet customer needs and
increase revenue.

  • Product Adoption and Upselling:

– Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption and identify upselling opportunities that align with their evolving needs.

  • Renewals and Retention:

– Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels to facilitate renewals and ensure high customer retention rates.

  • Customer Success Metrics:

– Establish and monitor customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives and drive continuous improvement

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a customer success personnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success, account management, or sales capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success.
