Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring our clients’ success.
  • You will assist with onboarding new customers, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

 

Responsibilities
Include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product demonstrations.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in CRM software.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support resources and knowledge base.

 

Requirements

You are a good fit for this role if you have;

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degrees in any field or Diploma with 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
