Qualification:
- HND/ First degree in Business Administration.
- A professional certificate is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Account Reconciliation
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to the branch operation Admin
- Report any discrepancies
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Performs other duties by the line manager.
- Candidate must be Hausa or able to speak Hausa fluently for diversity and inclusion balance.
