Our client is a top and leading financial institution in Nigeria.

We are recruiting call center agents for full remote jobs. It is important to read and understand the information below before applying:

 

Please find the terms and conditions of your employment outlined below:

  1. Salary: Your monthly salary will be ninety thousand naira.
  2. Work Schedule: You are required to work six days, which may include weekends; however, you are entitled to two days off after every cycle. The job involves morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.
  3. Shift Hours: Day shifts are eight hours, while night shifts are ten hours.
  4. Equipment & Availability: You need to have a dedicated laptop, ensure power supply reliability, and be available for your scheduled shifts.
  5. Schedule: Your shifts will be pre-scheduled, providing you with advance notice.
  6. Work Style: The role is fully remote.
  7. Qualification: A university degree.
