Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support.
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a remote environment and be available during official working hours via a screensharing mode.
- This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, managing emails, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Calendar Management: Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding promptly and professionally.
- File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and other logistics.
- Task Management: Track and follow up on tasks to ensure completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Screen Sharing: Be available to work via a screen sharing mode during official hours to facilitate real time collaboration and task monitoring.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with screensharing tools and platforms.
- Reliable highspeed internet connection.
- Specify working hours and time zone.
- Must be available online and in screen-sharing mode during these.
Salary
- N50,000 – N80,000 monthly.
