Digital Pioneer Marketing Agency – Our client, a US-based Fintech company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Virtual Assistant and Digital Specialist

Location: Remote
Work Time Zone: EST
Time Frame: 4 – 8 hours daily

 

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant and Digital Specialist.
  • The VA will be responsible for the following tasks, with the possibility of additional ad hoc activities as needed and mutually agreed upon. This role directly supports the CEO.

 

Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Completing application information for grants, funding, or partnerships.
  • Creating or updating company marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks) using branding templates and guidelines.
  • Writing blogs and other thought pieces for the company.
  • Maintaining the company’s LinkedIn and other professional content.

Communications:

  • Creating user  communications, newsletters, and announcements, and scheduling them through tools like SendGrid or similar.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing  communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Building email workflows using CRM platforms like Customer.io or HubSpot.

Social Media:

  • Performing minor website updates or postings.
  • Creating and scheduling social media content through multi-posting platforms like Buffer.

Scheduling:

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
  • Scheduling and preparing for webinars and other company-sponsored or participating events.
  • Scheduling interviews and follow-ups.

Other Activities:

  • Writing procedure documents for critical processes with the leadership team’s assistance.
  • Leveraging AI tools to draft  communications or conduct research.
  • Conducting competitive research and drafting reports.

 

Requirements

  • Candidates must be proficient in Google Suite, Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint.
  • The ideal candidate should be a fast learner and able to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N500,000 – N800,000 monthly (TBD).
