Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a User Success Advisor (Telesales agent) at Renmoney in Lagos. As a User Success Advisor, you will be responsible for providing sales support.
- You will communicate with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide product information.
- You will also assist customers in completing application forms, explaining loan terms, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
