Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team for an innovative school management application.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging designs for both web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces and improve overall user experience for our school management app.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Maintain design consistency across various platforms and devices.
- Utilize Confluence for documentation and project collaboration.
- Work within an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app projects.
- Proficient in design tools, particularly Figma, and familiar with Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Strong creativity and a willingness to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the education sector or similar domain.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
