Job Title: Transaction Trainee – Bank Teller
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable Bank Teller who will be responsible for processing transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle cash responsibly, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about bank products and services to customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy by balancing cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues promptly while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring transactions for suspicious activity or fraud attempts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals related to sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BSc (not less than 2:2) / HND (not less than upper credit)
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
