Responsibilities of a Transaction Manager
- Attend to all customers’ transaction requests in real-time;
- Provide information on PRESTMIT products and services;
- Fulfill all requests of customers;
- Perform other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Employee.
Requirements of a Transaction Manager
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Must be able to take on night and weekend shifts when required
- Must be computer literate with average typing speed
- Must live within proximity to the office location, Lekki, Lagos
