Job Summary
- We are looking to recruit an Accountant for our client in the Hospitality Industry.
- This role entails overseeing all financial transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets.
- Responsibilities include providing accurate quantitative data on the company’s financial status, liquidity, and cash flows, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all company accounting transactions.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial data from various sources.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Identify areas of financial risk or inefficiency and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.

Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Degree.
- Work experience as an Accountant in the Hospitality Industry.
- Must have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables.
- Must exhibit Advanced Packaging Tool (apt technology).
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Leadership skills and business etiquette.
2. Procurement Officer
Locations: Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, Edo, Delta, Anambra, and Benue
Job type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard small-scale Garri processors for supplies.
- Train and develop processors to understand and meet the quality requirements for Garri.
- Maintain strong relationships with processors, earning their trust and loyalty.
- Implement the company’s supplier support policies.
- Achieve targets for quantity, quality, and price in Garri procurement.
- Map the major Garri markets in the area and establish a price collection mechanism.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Purchasing and Supply or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procuring agricultural produce; experience in Garri sourcing is an added advantage.
- Preferred work experience in FMCG or agro produce trading companies.
- Basic understanding of Garri production and the factors affecting its quality
- Willingness to work with local farming communities in rural and remote areas
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
3. Sales Officer
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by identifying potential customers, making sales pitches, and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new distribution channels by developing partnerships with retailers and implementing strategies to penetrate untapped markets effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
