Responsibilities- Territory Manager
- Drive sales target towards achieving business objectives/KPIs for the territory
- Handle key partners’ and customers’ complaints.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s trade policies
- Track partner’s performances and conduct monthly reconciliation
- Adhere to monthly journey plan of partners visitation and engagement
- Increase business opportunities through opening of new channels, manage partners to achieve targets and grow sales portfolio within assigned territory
- Analyse and review partners performance against agreed KPIs.
- Organize activities that will lead to more acquisition and repayment
Personal Requirements- Territory Manager
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 4 years work experience.
- Knowledge of field sales and Market Intelligence
- Sales experience on sticky products
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Speak local language
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
