Job Description

  • We need a driven and customer-focused Team Lead to lead its retail business operations within the Energy Division of the Company. The purpose of the role is to oversee and optimize retail operations, driving sales and profitability while fostering customer loyalty and operational efficiency within the organization.

 

Requirements

  • Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals to surpass sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Supervise day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, pricing compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
  • Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and achieving team sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales, loyalty, and satisfaction.
