Job Overview

  • Landmark Africa Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Strategy Manager.
  • As a Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and development through innovative strategies, market analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.



Key Responsibilities of a Strategy Manager 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors’ activities, market dynamics, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects to expand the company’s portfolio and revenue streams.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and functional departments, to align strategies and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Assess potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives, developing mitigation plans and contingency measures to ensure business continuity and resilience.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, exploring new ideas, technologies, and business models to drive efficiency and effectiveness.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles, preferably within the real estate and hospitality sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, trends, and market insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategic concepts and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth and performance improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strategic planning tools/software.
