JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager to join our high-performing Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients while actively generating demand for our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to our continued growth.
Responsibilities of a Strategic Account Manager:
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals.
- Create and execute tailored account plans and strategies to maximize account growth and revenue.
- Proactively identify opportunities to promote and sell our suite of healthcare solutions to key accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and marketing department to develop and execute targeted demand-generation campaigns.
- Craft compelling value propositions and presentations to address client needs and pain points effectively.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and track progress.
- Work closely with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service and support.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, emerging opportunities, and threats.
- Provide valuable market insights to help shape our product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales Manager to align account strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Product Development and Customer Support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.

KEY CAPABILITY REQUIREMENT (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES (KSA) FOR A STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven track record in key account management or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including its regulatory environment, market dynamics, and challenges.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
