We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as SPA Trainees. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in the field of spa and wellness under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities-
SPA Trainees Officers
- Assist with spa operations, including attending to customer inquiries and booking appointments
- Provide support to spa therapists and other staff members as needed
- Learn and perform various spa treatments and services, such as massages, facials, and body wraps
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of spa facilities
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all spa policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements-
SPA Trainees Officers
- No prior experience is required, but a passion for the spa and wellness industry is essential
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, OND, NCE, CHEW holders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
