• We are looking for a talented and passionate female Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in African hair health and growth, with a deep understanding of the products and practices in this area.
• They must also be skilled in creating engaging graphics and videos for social media platforms.

Responsibilities- Social Media Specialist 

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the African hair health and growth community.
• Create high-quality graphic and video content that highlights the benefits of our products and promotes healthy hair practices.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Draw up a content calendar and defend her strategy based on data and trends.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing within the African hair care industry.

Requirements- Social Media Specialist 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven work experience in social media management, with a focus on African hair health and growth.
• Strong understanding of African hair health and growth products and practices.
• Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Post NYSC work experience preferred.
• Top-notch work ethics and discipline.
