- We are a fast-growing start-up investment firm specializing in real estate. As we build our brand and expand our reach, we’re looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team.
- This is an exciting opportunity to help establish our presence across multiple social media platforms and engage with our audience through creative and impactful content.
- As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Your role will involve building our social media strategy from scratch, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness. You will work closely with leadership to develop messaging and marketing that aligns with our company’s vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (posts, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow followers and boost engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to align content with business goals and campaigns.
- Manage online interactions and respond to comments or inquiries.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in content creation and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and real estate investment (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a start-up environment.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
What We Offer
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 / Month and a commission structure based on performance.
