Job Description

  • A company involved in using the latest smart technologies to provide a wide range of next-generation state-of-the-art affordable solutions is looking to hire the services of a Senior Telecom Sales Officer – Saddled with the responsibility of selling telecommunication products and services to both individuals and companies in the best possible manner and in such a way that the customer or client is completely convinced of making the purchase and are also satisfied with the products and services.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Telecom Sales Officer would have the following responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers through various means including business
  • clients through contract negotiations and installation
  • Reach agreed-upon monthly sales goals
  • Complete expense reports and sales reports
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
  • Create sales material and customized presentations to present to customers
  • Complete online sales training to obtain solution-selling certifications
  • Continual education on new and existing products and services

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any discipline from a reputable Institution.
  • Experiences/Knowledge/Skills: (What experience brings success to this role)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Brand experience.
  • Brand awareness – a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in a Telecommunications Company or Internet Service Provider.

  • Excellent in MS Office

 

 

 

Salary Range
N250,000 – N300,000 (monthly gross).
