Summary:

As the Senior Sales Manager for Remittance Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth in the business-to-business (B2B) sector. Leveraging your expertise in remittance services, you will develop and execute strategies to expand our client base, strengthen partnerships, and maximize sales opportunities.

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities- Senior Sales Manager

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the remittance industry.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team’s success.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to refine sales strategies and develop targeted approaches for different market segments.
Client Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new B2B clients by proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to showcase our remittance solutions. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, money transfer operators, and other relevant organizations to expand our distribution network and enhance our market presence.
Product Positioning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our remittance solutions meet the evolving needs of clients. Provide feedback on product features, pricing, and positioning to optimize competitiveness in the market.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Implement corrective actions as needed to address gaps and capitalize on opportunities.
Training and Development: Develop training programs and resources to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Experience- Senior Sales Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on remittance services or financial products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the remittance industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Proven experience (5)years in sales
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
