Job Description
- You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and also liasewithcompanies for business deals.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, andensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
- Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract.
- Sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions.
- Identify customers, distributors, companies and facilitate transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and other professional qualifications.
- fluency in English Language – both written and spoken.
- Minimum of five (5) years professional sales experience.
- Executive sales experience on solar power energy.
Salary
Negotiable, (N400,000 – N600,000 monthly).
