Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Overview
- In this dynamic role, you’ll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging and positioning that propels product awareness, adoption, and user growth.
- You’ll work closely with product, sales, and customer success to ensure our offerings seamlessly meet market needs and customer pain points.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for exciting product launches and feature updates.
- Own product messaging and positioning, ensuring Flex stands out in the market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
- Partner with product management to align development with customer needs and feedback.
- Create sales enablement materials like presentations, case studies, and product demos.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights for optimization.
- Become a Flex product expert, acting as a spokesperson and thought leader in the industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (customers, partners, influencers).
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, keeping Flex at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- A strategic marketer with 5+ years of experience, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or spend management.
- Proven ability to launch and market software products for success.
- A master storyteller, crafting compelling messaging for diverse audiences across digital, social, email, and events.
- A data-driven decision-maker who uses insights to optimize marketing campaigns and measure results.
- A collaborative team player, comfortable managing multiple projects and building strong relationships across departments.
- A customer champion, passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
