Job Profile
- Workforce Group, on behalf of a client in the International Development space, seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Analyst to drive regional development initiatives.
- You’ll support the Head of Programmes in strategic program planning and execution, impacting socio-economic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute the Commission’s programmes and projects.
- Manage programme monitoring and evaluation for effective performance.
- Coordinate yearly programme planning and result frameworks.
- Facilitate partnerships with development partners and donors.
- Provide technical support to project teams.
- Conduct political economy and implementation risk analysis.
- Prepare project execution briefs and grant proposals.
Ideal Candidate
- Ph.D./Master’s in International Development, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
- 5-8 years in program coordination or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian socio-economic and public sector landscape.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong networking skills with donor agencies.
