We are seeking a competent and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The primary responsibilities includes surveillance of our premises, protection of staff and visitors, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, well-trained in surveillance, and capable of responding effectively to security incidents.

• Monitor and authorize the entrance of vehicles or individuals onto the property.
• Perform routine building inspections to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows during and after business hours.
• Periodically check surveillance cameras to identify any disruptions or unlawful activities.
• Investigate individuals for suspicious behavior or possessions.
• Respond to alarms promptly, assess the situation, and take appropriate action.
• Provide assistance to people in need, including offering guidance and support.
• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocols until authorities arrive.
• Submit detailed reports on daily activities and significant occurrences to the Chief Security Officer.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Officer or Guard.
• 3-4 years of strong security experience.
• Familiarity with report writing and documentation.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Disciplined, agile, and able to respond swiftly to security incidents.
• Minimum of OND in any field.
