Job Description

  • Demonstrate CSCSdigitalcentre services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with existing customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business.
  • Effective project execution/management of exiting project with clients
  • Interface with existing and prospective customer via telephone
  • Ability to make audio visual presentation to customer on CSCS products and services
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service initiatives.
  • Analyses the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Identify advantages and compare organization’s services with competitors
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximising the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Generates reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions to show case CSCS services agencies on emergency and security endeavours.


  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
  • 3 – 5 years of post-graduation experience in B2B Sales, with at least two (2) years’ experience selling to large corporate and government institutions
  • Excellent communication, planning, time management, leadership, budgeting and employee development skills
