Job Description
- Demonstrate CSCSdigitalcentre services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with existing customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business.
- Effective project execution/management of exiting project with clients
- Interface with existing and prospective customer via telephone
- Ability to make audio visual presentation to customer on CSCS products and services
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service initiatives.
- Analyses the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
- Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
- Identify advantages and compare organization’s services with competitors
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximising the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
- Generates reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions to show case CSCS services agencies on emergency and security endeavours.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- 3 – 5 years of post-graduation experience in B2B Sales, with at least two (2) years’ experience selling to large corporate and government institutions
- Excellent communication, planning, time management, leadership, budgeting and employee development skills
