Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Associate with a passion for art, a knack for technology, and experience in leading sales teams. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly integrate art knowledge with sales strategies across various platforms and settings, including online, in our gallery, and on-site at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients across multiple channels, providing personalized consultations and expert advice on our art collection.
  • Utilize CRM systems and online sales platforms to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance data to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team, setting clear goals, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of trends in the art and mural industry, incorporating new insights into sales approaches and client consultations.
  • Organize and participate in on-site visits for consultations and installations, ensuring a seamless and engaging client experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the product and marketing teams, contributing to product development and promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge and appreciation of art, particularly murals and large-format artworks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, online sales platforms, and other digital tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different environments, including online, in-gallery, and on-site client locations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
