Job Summary
Brij is currently seeking a Sales Executive/ Officer to join our team. As the Sales Executive / Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the fast-paced and innovative fintech space that is shaping the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Fintech Industry
- Understand Payment Gateway Service and Regulatory requirements.
- Understand the online payment collections and payouts.
- Strong understanding of company products and services
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
- Develop and present proposals, pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase our products/services and value proposition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marquee clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients and align with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Willing to do grassroot merchant onboarding
- Ensure signed up merchant transacts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience in Fintech is an added advantage
