Job Brief

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a strong understanding of our company’s products and services.

 

Job Description

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets will be pivotal to our company’s growth and success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including leads, referrals, and research.
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers, present products or services, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and benefits.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to address specific requirements.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

 

Qualifications

  • B.Sc
  • 3 years experience in Sales
  • Competency in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office software
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about sales
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
