We are seeking a highly skilled data-driven candidate to join our team. As an operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling data analysis, generating reports, and optimizing operational performance and workforce planning within RCC in Nigeria, Egypt and the emerging markets.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Lagos

 

Description

  • Review, contact and qualify inbound leads and convert them into potential deals for Sales Executives
  • Support sales efforts by targeting and penetrating potential prospects utilizing outbound prospecting skills via calls, chats, video calls, emails and/or other channels.
  • Build a quality sales pipeline by creating, nurturing, and qualifying leads while leveraging different tools (LinkedIn, Lusha etc.)
  • Carry out research using a combination of phone, email and social touch points to prospect into target accounts.
  • Understand the needs of our prospective clients and articulate the value proposition that Reliance Health provides.
  • Maintain accurate information on clients and interaction activities in our CRM
  • Work closely with the Brand & Growth team and other internal stakeholders to develop new ways of increasing awareness of Reliance Health and evolving the lead qualification process
  • Work closely with different stakeholders within the New Sales Revenue team to execute prospecting campaigns
  • Turn prospects into qualified leads and signed accounts
  • Research and develop your own target account list for outbound outreach
  • Qualify prospects and nurture them for future opportunities
  • Constantly strive to exceed individual, team and company goals

 

Requirements

  • Impeccable presentation skills, the ability to establish rapport with decision-makers at all levels
  • A BS Degree or equivalent level through experience
  • Strong communication skills — you can listen and understand prospects’ needs, while clearly articulating our unique selling points and the value we offer
  • Up to 2 years of sales experience
  • A fascination with selling and the science of delivering the perfect pitch Native-level demonstrable communication skills in English, (other languages a bonus)
  • The ability to work harmoniously with others towards individual and team targets
  • A data-driven approach to solving problems
  • The determination to succeed, learning and recovering quickly from failure
  • A contagiously positive attitude and a “can do” approach, going above and beyond to complete a given task
