Job Title: Sales Communication Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Ensure marketing and sales materials such as flyers, stickers, and cards are always available.
- Take clear photos of every product for social media displays, including photos of every client’s order before delivery.
- Contacting potential clients to explain company products and encourage purchases including giving face-to-face presentations where required.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. And source sales events for our company to attend.
- Answer client’s questions and escalate complex issues to the CEO as needed.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, and scheduled deliveries of customer orders.
- Delivery of client’s orders accurately labeled, and on time.
- Any other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with competence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
