Job Title: Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with the DISCO and key stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide customized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the organization’s products, services, and features.
- Educate clients on the benefits and usage of Fintech products.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products based on client needs.
- Onboarding and Training:
- Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide training sessions to clients on using Fintech platforms and tools effectively.
- Risk Management:
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with client accounts.
- Monitor transactions for potential fraudulent activities and report any suspicious behavior.
- Customer Retention:
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Proactively address and resolve client issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to address client needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.
- Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports related to client engagement, satisfaction, and key performance indicators.
- Present insights and recommendations to the management team.
Education Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and Fintech trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for client improvement.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
- Certification in Relationship Management or Financial Planning is a plus.
