Job Description of a Recruitment Officer 

  • Prepare job description based on hiring request and sourcing
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Recruit technical suitable candidates for job openings at the firm
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Knowledge about on-boarding and induction
  • Knowledge of HR daily report.

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements (Recruitment Officer) 

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 5years work experience.
