1. Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the oil and gas sector.
- This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and Human Resources teams to understand staffing needs and ensure the company attracts and retains the best talent available
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry trends.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Recruiting:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, industry events, networking).
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise on market trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company of policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Branding and Employer Value Proposition (EVP):
- Promote the company’s brand and EVP to attract high-quality candidates.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other industry-related networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Project Officer
Location: Lagos

Description
- To coordinate activities related to projects and perform a variety of project related administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the selection and purchase of materials for use on the project site.
- Draws up bids for tenders and contracts.
- Supervises and monitors the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Monitors the status of agreements and contracts, and reports the status, variations or discrepancies to the Project Manager
- Acting as recording secretary in internal and external project meetings, Prepares and distributing minutes and action item summaries
- Provides Clerical and administrative support to the project manager.
- Liaises with individuals working on projects, arranging, and confirming site visits and meetings.
- Effectively communicates project expectations from the Manager to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
Requirements
- Minimum of four (5) years relevant experience in related field
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building or other relevant discipline is required
- Relevant professional qualification e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince II.

3. Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Lagos

Description
- To support corporate strategy development / implementation and regulatory liaison functions across the group.
- To market and sell petroleum products to industrial / commercial customers, communicate and follow-up on deliveries, and manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with relevant government agencies with regards to operations e.g., statutory reports, claims, correspondences etc.
- Develop and maintain network with relevant business communities, interest groups and public agencies.
- Perform marketing and business development activities including market research, sales, advertisement, and promotion.
- Source and develop client referrals towards expanding business into new local and regional, markets.
- Ascertain and communicate daily product price to customers.
- Collate and communicate customer orders to the Operations Team for prompt scheduling and delivery.
- Follow-up on and collect cheques / confirms electronic payments from customers for product supplied.
- Obtain and forward receipts for customer payments.
- Monitor product stock levels and escalate to the Head – Commercial Sales if there is need for replenishment vis-a-vis customer requirements.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for review by the Head – Commercial Sales
- Actively seek out avenues for business expansion and follow-up on leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline.
- Member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) or any other relevant professional certification is an advantage
- An MBA in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar role preferably experience in Oil and Gas Industry.

4. Internal Control Officer

Job Description
- To assist the Team Lead, Internal Control in promoting continuity of the Group operations by developing and implementing business control policies and operational guidelines that help to minimize exposure to potential risks and impact on business performance.
Responsibilities
- Implements the Internal Control programs to ascertain and report on degree of compliance with company-approved policies and operating procedures, laws, regulations, and code of good business practices.
- Assists in the implementation of internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote operational efficiency & transparency.
- Conducts Internal Control evaluation and risk assessments to identify loopholes and areas requiring management intervention to prevent frauds, embezzlements, misappropriations, misuse, and wastage.
- Conducts audit tests and investigations as designed by the Audit Team Lead.
- Prepares draft audit reports for review by the Team Leads.
- Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures.
Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Upper in B.Sc in Accounting or any Finance related course.
- Relevant professional certifications e.g., Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- MBA or master’s degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of Four (4) years relevant experience working in the internal audit function of a similar organization.
