Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at NASCON. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor

  • Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities
  • Conducting cost control, cost analysis, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assessing and evaluating project variations and preparing change orders
  • Performing site visits and measure quantities for payment certificates and valuations
  • Preparing and negotiating final accounts and settlements
  • Reviewing and analyzing project schedules and progress reports

 

Requirements Summary of Quantity Surveyor

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid professional membership/license from recognized Quantity Surveying association

Requirements of Quantity Surveyor

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor

  • Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite
