We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of various fabrication & inspection activity of Oil & Gas structures, Transmission tower, Telecom towers, & solar structures while maintaining & develop all inspection documents & records as per project requirements, Responsible for inspection of products at various stages with different types of structures & engineering drawing as per manufacturing quality plan.
- Knowledge in Fabrication processes/ Techniques, manufacturing of Oil & Gas structures, Transmission towers, Telecom towers & Solar structure work.
- Able to inspect the fabricated structure product operation like cutting, stamping, notching, bending, heel cutting, & welding in various stages.
- Good knowledge of handling Internal and External audits for departmental procedures, knowledge of ISO/IMS procedures and SAP/ERP system, Should have good maintain shop floor discipline and housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Able to understand & interpret different types of manufacturing quality plan.
- Able to Analyze root cause for the rejection/rework and knowledge for Implementation of good practice to reduce rejection/rework.
- Bachelor / Diploma of Mechanical Engineering
- Five (5) years’ experience, COREN REGISTERED ENGINEER
- Core Functional Experience: Quality control Inspector for Oil & Gas, Transmission tower, Telecom tower & Solar structure work.
