Job Description- Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing procedures.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities- Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly assess product quality.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Document and prioritize defects, track issues through resolution, and verify fixes.
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate testing progress and results.
Participate in the design and review of software requirements to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements- Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5-7 years experience
Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or similar are a plus.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
