Job Title: Project Management and Executive Admin Associate
Location: Abuja
Job Schedule: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Management: Independently manage and lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Coordinate and Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and executives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all levels.
- Executive Support and Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Monitor and Report on Project Progress: Regularly track project milestones, identify potential risks, and prepare detailed reports for executives and stakeholders.
- Document and Resource Management: Oversee project documentation, manage resources effectively, and ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within project management processes and administrative functions, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive administration and project management roles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Project, Asana).
- Should have a certification in Project Management
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google work space tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
