Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Coordinator to lead the setup and startup on an NGO.
- Focused on connecting indigent children in need of healthcare with funding opportunities.
- The candidate will oversee the development of a robust portal/ platform, manage project timelines, and ensure effective coordination of all aspects of the project.
- Develop and manage project plan, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate the design, development, and launch of the portal/platform
- Lead a team of developers, designers and other stakeholders
- Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and deployment of the platform/portal
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures
- Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, funders and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budgets and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Degree or Certification in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Project management with track records of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery
- Familiarity with web development and technology trends.
- Passion for the NGO mission and commitment to making a positive impact.
