Job Summary

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager located in Abuja. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production processes, ensuring quality control, monitoring inventory, and optimizing efficiency.
• They will also be responsible for managing a team of production staff and collaborating with other departments to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices
• Knowledge of ice cream production (Jelly base)
• Pastry
• Experience in managing production processes and optimizing efficiency
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
