Responsibilities

Preparing procurement plans and purchasing interior design decor and home fittings.
Overseeing and supervising purchasing activities for construction works.
Following up with procurement and ensuring that timelines are met.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Preparing cost analyses, and reports on procurements.
Manage purchased inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any field with 3-4 years’ procurement experience working in an interior design, Architectural, or construction firm
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
