Job Description

The Operations Officer ensures effective appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and execution of the pest management services as per Rentokil-Boecker® standards. The Operations Officer also works with a Client-Oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional client experience.

 

  • Implement the standards set in Rentokil-Boecker® Operations Manual.
  • Ensure effective appointment scheduling.
  • Follow up on pending appointments if any and set a monthly plan to keep them to a minimum.
  • Schedule and follow up on yearly pest control treatments.
  • Ensure that chemicals are always available, used efficiently and in proper concentrations.
  • Confirm all teams are fully equipped with Rentokil-Boecker® professional equipment and PPE to successfully and safely perform their job.
  • Follow up on equipment and vehicles’ maintenance as per the maintenance policy.
  • Ensure all vehicles have Rentokil-Boecker® warning signs (Fumigation, Floor warning signs, etc.), bait stations’ service records and other labels.
  • Conduct field spot checks to guarantee technicians, vehicles, tools and equipment are operating properly and reflect Rentokil-Boecker® image.
  • Perform courtesy calls and visits to the clients and fill appropriate reports.
  • Advise and assist team members on pest control, pest proofing and signs of pest activity on sites.
  • Execute surveys of premises with Sales Consultants and FQA supervisors to identify existing pests and determine the appropriate treatment.
  • Appraise technicians on monthly basis and submit reports to HR department.
  • Conduct competitions for all technicians during monthly trainings and meetings.
  • Generate and submit the assigned reports to concerned management.
  • Submit the monthly Preventive Maintenance Checklists to Operations Manager.
  • Prepare overtime report and submit it to Operations Manager for approval.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations, Logistics or relevant field.
  • Must have the ability to effectively lead and manage a team
  • Must have customer service skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be proactive, resilient and have a keen eye for detail
