Job Description
- The Operations Officer will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization.
- The officer will oversee processes, identify the shortcomings, and provide areas of opportunity to their line manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations.
- Liaise with managers on areas of improvement in processes and procedures.
- Strategically plan, oversee, and deliver on organization projects by collaborating with partners, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop strategies with departmental heads to improve efficiency.
- Assist in optimizing resource allocation (personnel, equipment, etc.).
- Implement and monitor quality control measures.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Human Resource Department on operational procedure training.
- Prepare reports on operational performance metrics for management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Manage and mitigate operational risks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as an Operations Officer or in a similar capacity.
- Graduate of Business Administration / Operations Management, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable with animals.
- Must be able to drive.
- Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 monthly
