Operations Executive at Botmot Nigeria Limited

Job Summary

• The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our FMCG business. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management within the FMCG sector and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs .
• Analyze operational performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement .
• Manage relationships with suppliers,vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to support business growth.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
• Should have basic knowledge of food processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, OND / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 0 – 2 years work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The applicant must live around Abuloma, Trans amadi axis or willing to relocate to this specific areas.
