7. Instructor Rights and Responsibilities

remain the intellectual property of Accelerate Career Hub or the respective content owner unless otherwise stated.

Learners shall not:

  • Copy course materials.

  • Redistribute learning content.

  • Sell or license course materials.

  • Record live training sessions without permission.

  • Upload course materials to third-party websites.

  • Remove copyright notices or branding.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Acceptable Use

Learners shall not:

  • Disrupt classes or webinars.

  • Harass instructors or other participants.

  • Upload offensive, unlawful, or harmful content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to learning systems.

  • Introduce malware or malicious software.

  • Use another person’s learning account.

  • Share paid course access with others.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the learning platform.

10. Course Availability

While Accelerate Career Hub aims to provide uninterrupted access to learning resources, we do not guarantee that courses will always be available.

We may:

  • Update course content.

  • Replace instructors.

  • Modify learning schedules.

  • Suspend courses for maintenance.

  • Remove outdated content.

  • Cancel programmes where necessary.

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected learners where practicable.

11. Fees and Payments

By purchasing a paid course, you agree to:

Such action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

16. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria unless resolved through an agreed alternative dispute resolution process.

Accelerate Career Hub reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued participation in any learning programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

By enrolling in any course, training programme, webinar, workshop, or educational activity offered through Accelerate Career Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Online Learning & Training Policy.
